By using Pindom you agree to these terms. Pindom is operated by a private individual in the United States and is currently in pre-launch.
What Pindom is — and is not
Pindom is an independent, fan-made tool for collectors to catalogue pins, follow estimated market values, and trade with each other. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. Character names, trademarks, and pin designs referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify collectible items.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by one-time link. You must be at least 13 years old. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
What you contribute
You keep ownership of the photos and catalogue information you submit. By submitting them you grant us permission to display and store them as part of the service. Only upload photos you took or otherwise have the right to share. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing. Uploads are reviewed before publication and we may decline or remove any of them.
Valuations are estimates
Estimated values are generated automatically from public marketplace listings. They are asking prices, not confirmed sale prices, and they are frequently wrong for rare items with few comparable listings. They are informational only and are not appraisals or financial advice. Do not rely on them for buying, selling, or insurance decisions.
Trading between members
Sales and trades are agreements between the members involved. Pindom is not a party to them, does not take custody of items, and does not guarantee any listing, member, or outcome. Settle disputes with the other party directly.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
